AIMS AND SCOPE The Journal of Algebra and Applied Mathematics (JAAM) is a peerreviewed/refereed mathematical journal published in one volume consisting of two issues per year, devoted to publishing original research papers, survey articles, book reviews, dissertation abstracts etc. of mathematical orientation in various aspects of algebra and discrete structures along with their applications to other fields, eg. approximation theory, number theory, probability theory and statistics, computational aspects of geometry and algebra, mechanics, design of efficient numerical/qualitative methods for solving differential equations (both ODE and PDE), stochastic process modelling, algebraic and geometrical methods in control theory, exploratory data analysis, dynamical systems, combinatorics, game theory, graph theory, coding theory, cryptography, information theory, combinatorial optimization, fuzzy/hazy/rough set theory, mathematical logic, expert systems and artificial intelligence, computability and computer complexities, parallel computing and neural network, artificial intelligence, information technology and allied topics. It also publishes original research papers on physical and biological sciences (including but not limited to biomedical statistics, cell kinetics, epidemiology, extracellular matrix properties and signalling, gene therapy, heart modelling, immunology, pharmacokinetics, physiology, wound healing etc.), engineering sciences, information technology etc.
